Conditions
Depression
1 in 20 Australians are affected by depression at some point during their lives. Although it is natural to have some feelings of being down or upset during our lives, when it begins to interfere with our daily lives is when it becomes an issue.
Depression can manifest as continued feelings of low mood and lack of motivation and involvement in activities once found enjoyable. Depression can make it difficult to cope with everyday life and relationships.
Depression is a mental state that can be treated with a combination of therapies and approaches that can bring about both relief and long-term benefit. These include the use of herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, homeopathy, dietary assessment, body work and my integrative counselling therapies. After a thorough case assessment I will prepare and discuss with you a treatment plan to address your symptoms to create lasting results.
